Vehicle and Parking Management


Parking management is an important tool for resident privacy. To further this effort, we issue permits for parking, including guest parking (with certain restrictions). This allows our properties to maximize the number of vehicles that are associated with each apartment.

Although many newer buildings have a ratio of parking spaces to apartments of 1.2 to 1.5 or less, with higher occupancy, parking can become a problem. Residents at San Antigua enjoy a 1.7 parking ratio.
