- Pets are welcome by breed not weight. Two pet maximum.
Dogs must be spayed or neutered before 14 months of age. Cats must be at least 9 months old, housebroken, and spayed or neutered. Birds must be caged at all times. Animals must not create nuisance noises. New pets require written approval.
No exotic animals, such as small pigs, horses, or baby elephants are permitted. Our written service animal and emotional support animal policies are available upon request.

Financial & Lease Terms
Yes, we are proud to offer a 3% monthly discount to show our appreciation. This discount applies to Active Military Personnel and First Responders (including Police Officers, Firefighters, and Paramedics). Verification of status is required.
You can easily pay your rent through the Loft Resident Portal on your preferred device. The portal allows one-time or scheduled ACH payments at no charge, or you may use a credit or debit card with a processing fee. Alternatively, rent can be paid in the office using a personal check, cashier’s check, or money order (certified funds).
Apartment Features & Maintenance
Each apartment home comes equipped with a full suite of modern, full-size appliances for your convenience. This includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a refrigerator, an oven and stovetop, a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal.
We offer convenient and responsive maintenance services:
- Routine Requests (Preferred Method): You can submit requests through the Loft Resident Portal. This allows you to select your preferred date and time window for the service.
- Alternative Methods: Requests can also be submitted by visiting the office, calling, or emailing the team during business hours.
- 24-Hour Emergency Maintenance: Yes, we provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service for urgent, after-hours situations only.
Community & Amenities
We are a pet-friendly community and welcome pets based on breed, not weight. All pets must meet our community guidelines, and management reserves the right to approve or deny any animal at our discretion.
General Pet Requirements:
- Maximum of two (2) pets per apartment
- Dogs: Must be spayed or neutered by 14 months of age
- Cats: Must be at least 9 months old, housebroken, and spayed or neutered
- Other Pets: Birds are allowed but must remain caged at all times. No exotic animals, reptiles, rodents, insects, or amphibians are permitted (with the exception of turtles).
- Breed Restrictions: Certain dog breeds and mixes are not permitted. Please contact the leasing office for the complete, up-to-date restricted breed list.
- Additional Fees: A pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent may apply. Your leasing team can provide details on fees, documentation, and approval requirements.
Yes, we prioritize resident safety and utilize Courtesy Officers on-site. The Courtesy Officers are typically off-duty police officers or security professionals who are community residents and available for non-emergency situations during evening and overnight hours, subject to availability. For all emergencies, please dial 911 immediately.
