Vehicle and Parking Management
Many of our newer, multi-family competitors have a parking ratio of spaces to apartments of 1.2 to 1.5. When they achieve higher occupancy, parking becomes a problem. Always read the internet reviews and comments. At The Crossing, 1.9 is our parking ratio. Parking management is important for resident privacy. We require that vehicles meet our aesthetic standard for entry and throughout the occupancy. Parking permits are also required for guest parking.
